For many people living with disabilities, their only choice for affordable and insurable long term care means they must live in an in-patient facility, but Senator Charles Schumer says this should not be the case.
On Thursday, Schumer visited Upstate Cerebral Palsy in Utica to announce his new proposed bill called the Disability Integration Act.
